• Affiliate: User who promotes experiences and receives commissions for generated bookings.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 User Registration

To make bookings, you must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

4. Bookings and Payments

Prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes when indicated. Providers may modify their prices at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Each experience has its own cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed before making a booking.

5.2 Provider Cancellations

If a Provider cancels an experience, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Responsibilities

YourXperiences acts as a technology intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of experiences offered by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is the property of YourXperiences or its licensors. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
